In 1987, the current Managing Director - Kamal Sharma, together with the Technical Director-Sukesh Maniam, established the company.

Since the inception the Company, committed itself to focus on Contract Manufacturing of Aerosol Products, exclusively using Ozone Friendly Hydrocarbon Propellants, which were not in use in Trinidad at that time.
